Our dad was born in Naguilian, La Union, Philippines 83 years ago to Gregorio and Eufemia Frigillana. He was preceded in death by his parents, older brother, Bayani, and younger sister, Tita. Growing up, he enjoyed riding horses, “carabao,” and helping his mother prepare food for their “carinderia” (mom and pop restaurant). He then moved to Manila to complete his Electrical Engineering degree. He met the love of his life, our Mom at Feati University. Together, they enjoyed bowling, going to the shooting range, and were active members of the CB radio group in Vallejo, CA. They were known as “Kidlat” and “Lady Kidlat.”
