Mrs. Ruby Jones of Stone Mountain went to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 25, 2020 after a brief illness. She was born March 25, 1926 in Bartow, Washington County, GA, the daughter of Isaiah H and Ida Marsh Glover. She graduated from Davisboro High School in 1945. Ruby was employed for a number of years at the Atlanta Gaslight Co.
Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by her husband of fifty years, James Charles Jones. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. She was a member of the Killian Hill Baptist Church in Lilburn, GA.
Visitation will be held at Eternal Hills Funeral Home, 3594 Stone Mountain Highway, Snellville at 1 pm Tuesday, June 30, 2020 followed by a funeral service at 2 pm in the Chapel. Pastor Chris Anderson and Michael Riley will officiate.
Interment will take place in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, College Park.
