Lottie Hill, 60, of Lilburn, passed away on Friday, July 8, 2016, in Snellville. Lottie was born on April 5, 1956 in Covington, GA to Hollis and Margie Ball, Sr. She was the life of the party and was always laughing. Lottie was an excellent singer and was known for her rendition of the Janis Joplin classic, Me and Bobby McGee. She had a wonderful sense of humor and very giving soul. She will be truly missed by all who knew her. Lottie was preceded in death by her parents and her son Jessie Waller. Survivors include her husband Bill Hill, son Kyle Waller, sisters Terie Spangler and Debra Dial, brother Hollis Ball, Jr., and a host of friends. Visitation will be from 5-9pm on Friday, July 15, 2016, at Eternal Hills Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 5:00pm on Saturday, July 16, 2016, in the Eternal Hills Funeral Home Chapel.
