Kevin Patrick Powell, 36, passed away on Sunday, July 17th, 2016 in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Born in Duluth, Georgia on July 5th, 1980, he was the son of Nancy Powell and Ralph Powell, Jr. Kevin graduated from Berkmar High School in 2001 and went on to take classes at the University of Phoenix for Hotel and Restaurant Management. Kevin worked as a server in many restaurants, and is remembered for his strong work ethic and outgoing personality. He was an avid fan of the Georgia Bulldogs and Miami Dolphins. Kevin is survived by his mother Nancy, his daughter Kaitlyn, his grandmother Kathryn Nichols, his uncle Mark, his aunt Lisa and uncle Glenn, and cousins Michael, Meredith, Justin, and Britni. Kevin was predeceased by his brother Eric, his father Ralph, and his grandfather Mark Nichols. Arrangements under the direction of Eternal Hills Funeral Home, Snellville, GA.
