Charles Anderson Jordan, 88, passed away on Saturday, January 1, 2011, in Snellville. Charles was born on September 21, 1922 in Hiram, GA to Carey and Etta Jordan. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during World War II. Mr. Jordan worked in the veterinary supply business for L.A. Mosher Co. for 31 years and E.L. McConnell Co. for 8 years. He was a member of Snellville United Methodist Church and known for being a caring and friendly person. Charles is survived by his wife of 68 years, Rudell G. Jordan, sons David Jordan and wife Chris and Ed Jordan and wife Shelley, sister Frances Griffith, granddaughters Lisa Hale and husband Mike and Angela Kaufmann and great grandchildren Maddie, Katie, Kristina and Jonathan. Visitation will be from 5-8 pm on Monday, January 3, 2011, at Eternal Hills Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 11:00 am on Tuesday, January 4, 2011, in the Eternal Hills Funeral Home chapel with Dr. Herschel Sheets and Rev. Walter Jones officiating.
