He leaves his wife of 63 years, Audrey (Stacey) Tidwell; his son, Jeffrey Tidwell (Wendy); grandchildren, Stephanie Febo (Edwin), Ashley Tidwell, step grandchildren Haley Barker, Chase Barker; three great grandchildren; his brothers Alvis Tidwell; Amon Tidwell
Aaron was preceded in death by his father Mr. Otis Tidwell; mother Mrs. Lydia Tidwell, siblings Willette, Rita and Ansel
Aaron graduated from Lynn High School in Lynn, Alabama, and joined the Army and serviced during the Korean War. Afterwards he served in the Merchant Marines on the Great Lakes. He later worked as a machinist at General Electric in Belview Ohio until he retired. He then moved to Excel Alabama and worked at Vanity Fair and retired again as an Electrician. He and his wife then decided after retirement to move to Liburn, Ga to be closer to his son and grandchildren. Where he continued to enjoy gardening and woodworking.
