Van Ngoc Dang

Van Ngoc Dang was born in the Hamlet of Thai Ha, Vietnam. He and his family escaped Vietnam and immigrated to the US in 1975. Having arrived in a new country, he went back to school to become an accountant and eventually opened his own CPA business to provide for his family.

He is preceded in death by his wife Binh Thanh Nguyen. He is survived by his son Thang Duc Dang and his wife BichHuong Minh Dinh of San Francisco, CA; son Thuan Duc Dang and his wife Kimberly Dang of Belton, TX; daughter Jennifer Minh Chau Quillin and her husband Steven Quillin of Rockville, MD; and his grandchildren – Kalista Dang, Braeden Dang, Madison Dang, Kyra Dang, Keegan Dang, Emma Quillin, Caitlin Quillin and Aiden Quillin.

A visitation for Van Ngoc Dang will be held Monday, October 23, 2023 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home, 11800 New Hampshire Ave, Silver Spring, Maryland 20904. A funeral service will occur Monday, October 23, 2023 at 11:30 AM, 11800 New Hampshire Ave, Silver Spring, Maryland 20904. A committal and burial will occur Monday, October 23, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 13801 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, Maryland 20906. A reception for family and friends will follow the burial (details will be provided at the service).
