To Troy, Maxine and family, we are saddened to learn of the lost of Mr. Thompson. A father, friend and a husband. Only Jehovah can undue this tragedy... Please continue to "throw all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you." We want to extend our condolences and will we keep the Thompson family in our prayer.

To Ophelia, son Troy and Thompson family, I can't even begin to say in words how much you and Troy have meant to me, my family and especially my niece, the late Delorace Draughn Hatcher and her son, Jamal Hatcher.  Troy Thompson, Sr. was truly a loving Christian family man.  He was a long time member of the Greater First Baptist Church, which has also been my church home for many years.  He was also in my Sunday School class and always asked questions that he felt needed to be addressed but in such a heartfelt manner.  I shall truly miss him but know he is not suffering any longer.  He lived his eulogy.  I know without a doubt where he will spend eternity and that I shall see him again.
