He was a Life Member of the Kensington Volunteer Fire Department and The American Legion #268. Friends may call at the Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home, 11800 New Hampshire Ave., Silver Spring, MD on Sunday, February 21, 2016 from 1 p.m. until time of funeral service at 3 p.m. Interment Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
