On Wednesday, August 31, 2022, Jonathan Lee White, MD passed away at his home with his wife and children by his side. He was born on January 10, 1961 in Frederick, MD to John and Irene White. Jonathan graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School and went on to receive a Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University and a Doctorate of Medicine from Georgetown University. He was married to Donna White on November 22, 1986.
Jonathan took great pride in working as a Urologist and was frequently featured in Washingtonian Top Doctors. In his spare time, he enjoyed hiking in national parks with his son Austin and was an avid runner, completing four marathons. He enjoyed traveling with his family, taking multiple cruises through Europe and traveled extensively across the U.S. He was also a large supporter of the Baltimore Ravens and a longtime season ticket holder of the Washington Capitals. Jonathan is survived by wife Donna, daughter Alexa, sons Andrew and Austin, and daughter-in-law Mary as well as a large extended family who all loved him dearly. His life will be celebrated at Hines Rinaldi Funeral Home with a viewing on September 9, from 5 to 8 p.m. and a memorial service on September 10, at 10:30 a.m. immediately followed by a reception.
