Visitation at Church will be held on December 28, 2020 at 10:00 am at Plymouth Congregational United Church of Christ , 5301 North Capitol Street NE, Washington, DC.

Funeral Service will be held on December 28, 2020 at 11:00 am at Plymouth Congregational United Church of Christ , 5301 North Capitol Street NE, Washington, DC.

They were preceded in death by Graham McNeil, Sr. (Father), Sally Ann (Johnson) McNeil (Mother), Erma Greenwood (Sister), Evelyn Robinson (Sister), Joseph McNeil (Brother), Wilma McNeil (Brother), Graham McNeil (Brother). They are survived by Ethel (Graham) McNeil (Wife), Michelle McNeil Gill (Derek) (Daughter), Monica McNeil Bond (Daughter), Millicent McNeil Durbin (Patrick) (Daughter), Bill McNeil (Son), Jim is also survived by his Grandchildren:

Alyssa and Dara Gill, Robert and Melissa Bond, and Anthony and Sandra Durbin.

Great granddaughter: Sophia Bond.

And a host of nephews, nieces and cousins..
