Douglas Orgel spent his first 13 years in Rochester, NY, then lived in Buffalo NY. He was a Korean War veteran, who earned the Korean Service Medal with 2 Bronze Stars, United Nations Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, and the Meritorious Unit Emblem. After a long career, he retired in the early 2000s to Chesapeake Beach, MD with his wife Carole.
Doug is survived by wife Carole Orgel and daughters Rhonda, Michele, Julie, Deborah, and son Kenneth. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and one great -grandchild.
