On January 11, 2024, of Laurel, MD, beloved wife of Robert E. Cefail, Sr. (deceased), loving mother of
Anthony S. Marcus (deceased), Darius G. Marcus (deceased), Michael L.A. Marcus, Margaret E. Cefail,
and Robert E. Cefail, Jr., doting grandmother of Tameka Pookrum, Nicole Smothers, Nichele Williams,
Tiffany S. Day, Tear Williams, Sean Brown, Stephanie Haskins, Stephen Jackson, Sr., Tiesha Berkley,
Terrelle Marcus, Antwone Marcus (deceased), Antonio Marcus, Tamara Marcus, 25 great-grandchildren,
11 great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Celebration of Life was
held on January 17, 2024 at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church, Silver Spring, MD. Private
interment to be at Rock Creek Church Cemetery, Washington, DC.
