Adam Gordon Abraham Holder, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, February 7, 2023, at the tender age of 48 years. Adam would have celebrated his 49th birthday the next day. Adam was the son of Bud Holder (Lisi) and the late Carol Holder (Jeff Smith). He is survived by his children; daughter, Abby; son, Griffin; son Tyler; and stepson, Russell. Also surviving are his sister, Julie Allen; niece Madilyn Allen; nephew, Chase Allen; and his beloved Traeger smoker, Sir Ribs-a-Lot.
Adam graduated in 1992 from John F. Kennedy High School. He went on to join the United States Marine Corps and the Montgomery County Fire Department. Adam later became a physical therapist where he took great pride in helping others.
Adam had a huge heart and great sense of humor. His smile and laugh were contagious and he would introduce himself to anyone he came into contact with. If you were friends with Adam, you knew you had a friend for life.
The family will receive friends on Monday, February 27, from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m., at Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home, 11800 New Hampshire Ave, Silver Spring, MD. Adam will be laid to rest at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 13801 Georgia Ave, Silver Spring, MD on February 28, at 11:00 a.m.
