Adam "Ace" Fisher, 47, passed away on February 11, 2025, in Burbank, California. Born on June 7, 1977, in Brooklyn, New York, Adam lived a life filled with passion, creativity, and an unwavering dedication to the people in his life.
Adam's journey began in New York, where he grew up in Middletown and graduated from Pine Bush High School in 1995. He continued his education at SUNY Delhi, earning his Associate degree before attending Hofstra University School of Communication, where he graduated in 1999 with a B.A. in TV/Film. His early career in Long Island, NY was rooted in digital media production, editing, and directing—an industry that would become the foundation for his life’s work.
As President and Managing Partner of Complete Production Group (CPG) Hollywood, Adam led the Film Financing and Development branch with vision and determination. He had a knack for bringing people together and building an incredible network in the film industry. Over the past decade, he cultivated relationships with producers, production companies, agents, performers, and financial backers, always ensuring that the right projects found the right people. A true champion of independent cinema, Adam was involved with several film festivals, including Gold Coast, New York, SOHO, and Tribeca. His passion for film extended to member and judge for the NY Emmy Awards, a division of the National Academy of TV Arts and Sciences and Grand Jury for the New York Festival's International TV and Film Awards.
Beyond his professional achievements, Adam embraced life with boundless enthusiasm. He was an avid runner who competed in many road races and marathons in NY. He found joy in watching movies and collecting comics—two passions that reflected his deep appreciation for storytelling. Saratoga Racetrack held a special place in his heart, as did spending time on his boat, feeling the breeze from the ocean. Whether on land or water, Adam lived fully in every moment.
Adam was a true friend to many. He had a rare gift of making everyone feel important and valued. His zest for life was contagious—he was the life of the party, the connector of people and the person who could turn any conversation: “Just give me 5 minutes” into a meaningful and humorous hours-long discussion.
Adam is survived by his loving mother Arleen; his sister Genene; brother-in-law Ben; nephew Lucas; and niece Sofia. He was predeceased by his father Stuart.
Adam was a free spirit who lived for the moment and cherished his family and friends deeply. His warmth was unmatched—he had an innate ability to bring people together with his infectious enthusiasm for life. His absence leaves an irreplaceable void, but his spirit endures through the stories he brought to life, the generosity he shared so freely, and the countless lives he touched.
May his memory continue to inspire all who knew him.
