Sandra Lee Rowe, 59, of Sikeston, died September 20, 2014, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Born October 5, 1954, in Joiner, Ark., to Eddie Booker of Blytheville, Ark. and Dotsie Long of Memphis, Tenn., she was employed by the Sikeston Regional Center and was a member of the Temple of Praise and Deliverance in Sikeston. On January 19, 1971, in Sikeston, she married William F. Rowe, who survives of the home.
In addition to her parents and husband, survivors include: two sons and one daughter-in-law, Adam Rowe of Columbia and Bill and Shalonda Rowe of Sikeston; one daughter, Tyana Rowe of Memphis; one brother, Michael Long of Memphis; and three sisters, Isabell Swoope of Memphis, and Carolyn Turk and Terry Long, both of Sikeston. Also surviving are six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.
A celebration of her life for family and friends will be held from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Tuesday, September 23, at the Nunnelee Funeral Chapel.
Private interment will be held at a later date.
