Rosie accepted Christ at an early age and was of the Baptist faith. Rosie received basic education at Bell City Junior High. After leaving school Rosie took on the role of being a homemaker. Always offering a helping hand and raising her children and her grandchildren. Rosie was a social butterfly who never met a stranger. She enjoyed meeting new people and telling them about her many grandchildren. Whenever she wasn’t attending to and watching her grandchildren, you could often find her inside the kitchen cooking up meals that so many people enjoyed eating. On any given day you could catch her jamming to some music displaying some of her best moves.

She was preceded in death by both her parents Cleophus and Alma Young- Johnson; one son, Calvin Earl Johnson; one daughter, Mae Audrey Jones; three sisters, Ceola Tate, Alma Jackson, and Betty Johnson; three Brothers, Cleophus Johnson Jr., Calvin Johnson, and William Johnson and one great grandson, Jacquin Radley.
