Norman J. Darter Jr.

He was born on October 26, 1950 in Matthews, MO. to the late Grady and Mary Bratton Darter.

He was a veteran of the United States Navy. Norman retired from Town & Country Supermarket in Dexter, MO. after thirty years of service.

He is survived by one brother, Jerry (Carolyn) Darter of St. Louis, MO. and one sister, Vanetta Sindle of Sikeston, MO. as well as nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 10, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 12:00 noon at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, MO. with Bro. Ron Shrum, officiating.

Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery in Sikeston, MO.

Pallbearers will be Norman’s nephews, Derreck Darter, Lester Powell, Gordon Powell, Blake Sindle and Justin Sindle.
