Mary Rogers

She was born March 8, 1926 in Milan, TN., to the late Jessie and Elsie Brewer.

She was a member of First Baptist Church in Sikeston, MO.; her hobbies included sewing, crochet, tatting, knitting, embroidery, quilting, painting and baking.

Mary will be remembered for the work she did in the churches her husband pastored and the schools he taught in. She will be missed by her family and her friends at First Baptist Church in Sikeston, MO.

On July 14, 1952 in Lavinia, TN., she married Dolan Rogers, who preceded her in death on October 1, 2008.

Survivors include: daughter-in-law, Marilyn Davis; many nieces and nephews; great nieces and great nephews; great-great nieces and great-great nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by one son, Stephen A. Rogers; one sister, Wallene Brewer McCall.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 11, 2018 from 12:00 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, MO., Rev. David Ross pastor of First Baptist Church in Sikeston, MO., officiating.

Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Sikeston, MO.
