She was born on May 31, 1927 in Tanner, MO. to the late Clearance and Bertha Brown Hutchason.
On August 8, 1947 in Kokomo, IN. she married Bernie Seagraves who preceded her in death on April 10, 2004.
Madeline Seagraves was the salt of the earth and a very kind person. She dedicated her life to loving her children and loving them to the fullest. She loved everyone and all animals. She died with three of her best friends around her. That being said, her two dogs, Amy and Hershey and of course Miss Kitty. The joy for working in her yard, garden, and flower beds were remarkable and when she was not doing this, she was cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals.
To say she was loved by all would be an understatement. The world was blessed to have her for ninety-five years. She will be missed, but she will never be forgotten.
She is survived by one daughter, Karen Seagraves of Sikeston, MO.; one granddaughter, Jessica Peyrucain and three great-grandchildren, Ashlee, Natalee and Emilee Peyrucain from CA.
In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by one son, Martin Seagraves.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston, MO.
