He was born in Sikeston, MO., on April 30, 1978, to the late Bo Brown and Phyllis West, who survives of Sikeston, MO.
Jason was very proud and passionate about his career as a contractor and painter. In his spare time, he loved fishing, hunting, cold beer, tattoos and watching the Florida Gators play. Most importantly, he loved his mother, sisters and the rest of his family dearly.
Our hearts will forever be broken as we continue our journey in life without him, but our memories of him will never fade. He is at comfort and ease now, and will never experience pain or misery again. RIP
Other survivors include: two sisters, Tamara (Donnie) Chadd of Sikeston, MO., and Popsie (Michael Fuqua) Morphis of Sikeston, MO.; five uncles, James (Mary) McKinnie of Fisk, MO., Rowland (Brenda) McKinnie of Sikeston, MO., Gary Brown of West Frankfort, Il., John Brown of Sikeston, MO., and Riley “Pete” Brown of Louisville, KY.; three aunts, Sharon Mims of Conroe, TX., Vanessa Brown of East Prairie, MO., and Kim Buttrey of Wyatt, MO.; seven nieces and nephews, Blake Taylor of Sikeston, MO., Chelsea Taylor of Sikeston, MO., Danielle Imhoff of Sikeston, MO., Cole Passley of Sikeston, MO., Steven Hutto of Sikeston, MO., Denis Garrett of Sikeston, MO., and Justin Garrett of Sikeston, MO.; six great nieces and nephews, Chloe Taylor of Sikeston, MO., Benjamin Hampton of Sikeston, MO., Macari Green of Sikeston, MO., Carson Hutto of Sikeston, MO., Bently Garrett of Sikeston, MO., Ozzieus Garrett of Sikeston, MO., and one future great niece and numerous cousins.
In addition to his to his father, he was preceded in death by one aunt, Angie Barnett and his maternal and paternal grandparents.
