Donald Ray Moore

He was born on October 25, 1946, in Risco, MO to the late Clem and Dortha Bradfield Moore.

On September 7, 1973, in Malden, MO he married Caroline Louise Dieter Moore who preceded him in death on October 16, 2024.

He served in the United States Air Force from 1965 to 1969.

He retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone after thirty-two years of service as a switch man.

He is survived by, one daughter, Stephanie (Eric) Yates of Sikeston, MO and two grandchildren, Elisabeth Yates and Payton Yates.

In addition to his parents and wife he was preceded in death by one brother, Richard Moore.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 28, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 1:00 p.m. at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, MO.

Interment will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Sikeston, MO with full military honors.

Pallbearers will be Eric Yates, Payton Yates, Elisabeth Yates, Aaron Parris, Joel Coryell, Keith Elsperman and Larry Armstrong.
