She was born on March 15, 1958 in Cape Girardeau, MO to the late Willard and Virginia Proctor Seabaugh.
On May 28, 1994 in Kansas City, MO she married Kenny New who survives of the home in Cape Girardeau, MO.
She was an accounting executive for Charter Spectrum for twenty plus years.
In addition to her husband she is survived by two daughters, Alexia New of Benton, MO and Marissa New of Cape Girardeau, MO.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
