Cheryl Lynn Johnson

She was born on April 21, 1958 in Poplar Bluff, MO. to the late Joyce Latham.

On November 15, 1974 in Morley, MO. she married David “Chip” Johnson who survives of the home in Morley, MO.

She was a member of Morley Baptist Church in Morley, MO. She was a supervisor at Wohl Shoe Company in Sikeston, MO. until she retired.

In addition to her husband she is survived by one son, Michael Johnson (CynDee Stracener) of Morley, MO.; one daughter, Lora Johnson (James Applewhite) of Sikeston, MO.; one brother, Gary Richardson of Morley, MO.; two sisters, Willa Kimball of Sikeston, MO. and Carol Johnson of Morley, MO.; five grandchildren and three sisters-in-law, Leah Somers, Donna Watkins and Leslie Rhyne.

In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Marvin and Pearl Latham.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 12:00 p.m. at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, MO. with Bro. David Thompson, pastor of Morley Baptist Church and Steve Clark, officiating

Interment will follow in the Morley Cemetery in Morley, MO.

Pallbearers will be Bub Ross, Steve Clark, Jalynn Johnson, James Robert Brown, Joey Richardson and Gary Mize Jr.
