Dad, I'm still not grasping the fact that I cant talk to you everyday. We would talk several times a day just to check on me and the boys. I miss you so much already I cant believe you are really gone. My heart will never be the same. I'm so honored to have you as my dad for 41 years. And I'm greatful you brought me an amazing Momma and 3 great sisters. I will always be there for Momma no matter what.  Watching football won't be the same I will constantly have you on my mind I got my love of football and the Vikings from you. I hope you are having a great time in Heaven with all the family tell them hi and I love and miss them too. RIP up in Heaven dad. I love you very much, so does the boys and Jason.

My brother, my plumber (ha, ha). I am so glad I spent the days with you at the hospital. I cried and laughed, and I love you so much, and I will miss you so much, Especially our 4:30am talks. You always called to see if I had eaten, and  I do not know whose pajamas I can hem now (ha, ha). In the last minutes of your life, I kept asking myself if there was more I could have done to save your life. I will always love and miss you, your old sister, Bernice.

One of my favorite memories of dad was the day Jacob was born. The first time dad saw Jacob he said "GD she had Yoda" and it stuck.  Love you dad you'll be missed.

Charlie, you will be missed so very much by our family.  You were a  wonderful and loving stepdad to us girls and I am so glad that mom found you to be her life partner and our stepdad for the rest of your days on this earth. It still does not seem like reality has set in that you are gone.  I came in the house today just wanting to give you a hug and say I love you.  I hope you knew how much you meant to all of us and your grand babies!  You filled our lives with many fond memories and laughs that we will forever cherish!! I am thankful that God blessed this family with your presence. You will forever be missed. We love you so much.  I know you are somewhere watching over us all! ❤️

You have been more than a brother in law to me, you are my brother. You will forever be in my heart and in my thoughts. Give Carl, Mary, John, and Clyde a big hug from all of us when you see them! You will be missed and I love you more!♥️

Where to even begin, Charlie was the nosiest neighbor I’ve ever had, the most stubborn grump I’d ever met, the greatest PapButt in the world, and one of the best people that ever came into my life. Charlie chose to care for me and love me even when I was unlovable, He had his own way of showing love, but you knew you were loved even if he didn’t say it often. Charlie was there for most of my life, he was there for the birth of my daughter (“the only pretty baby he’d ever seen” his words), his Boogerface and he hung her moon and stars. He might have been rough around the edges, but he was a true diamond in the rough. The true definition of a step dad, stepping up and choosing to love someone unconditionally even for their faults. I hope that the jokes never stop, the memories never fade, and that he watches over us making sure we keep smiling no matter how hard it is to some days. We definitely miss him already, he was so very loved, I know he’d just tell me to suck it up, get over it, and quit being so sappy. But He’s just going to have to deal with it one more time. ❤️ Love you ya old fart, keep heaven on their toes. 

Charlie you came into my life when I was just a teenager and I’ve been proud to call you my stepdad.  We shared a lot of good times together and I have many memories of us that I will forever cherish.  I love you very much and will miss you dearly!

Charlie was one of a kind , he always knew how to make me laugh even when I didn't want to !  I'm going to miss him so much. I love you Charlie!!!


Charlie you are amazing big brother and your going to be missed so much . I know your in a better place and your now with mom and John so now you can make them laugh and Clyde we all love you so much  and miss you . Heaven gained another angel 😇 love you bub
