She was born on June 21, 1945, in Sikeston to the late Luther and Evelyn Pikey Mitchem.
Brenda is survived by two sons, Danny (Angee) Parker of Benton, Missouri and JC Parker Jr. of Chicago; two daughters, Tammie Renee Robey and Joanie (Danny) Reneese Crotts of Morley, Missouri; two sisters, Peggy Suddney of Elgin, Illinois and Sharon Puffpaff of St. Louis, Missouri; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one son, two brothers and three sisters.
Visitation will be on Saturday, June 4, 2022, from 11 a.m. until the time of service at noon at the Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston. James Parker, her grandson will be officiating.
There will be a private family burial at a later date.
