Barry Ballard

Born September 29, 1961, in Sikeston, MO., to Bob and Brenda Page Ballard who survive of Olive Branch, MS.

On September 24, 1983, in Sikeston, MO., he married Donna Callow Ballard, who survives of the home.

He was a Captain in the 10th Tennessee dismounted Cavalry of the Civil War reenactors.

Other survivors include: two daughters and one son in law, Rebecca Gates Colbert of Blodgett, MO., and Cyndy and David Young of Youngstown, OH.; one son and daughter in law, Jerry and Robyn Gates of Sikeston, MO.; one brother, Brad Ballard of Olive Branch, MS.; seven grandchildren, Ashley Myers of Oak ridge, MO., Julie Housman of Blodgett, MO., Jordan and Alex Young of Youngstown, OH., and Carter, Kristyn and Cayden Gates of Sikeston, MO.; one great grandchild, Bellamy Housman of Blodgett.

Visitation will be held Tuesday March 7, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of funeral service at 12:00 p.m. at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, MO., with Bro. Ron Powell, officiating. Burial will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston,MO.
