He was born January 26, 1940, in Murray, AR., to the late Leonard and Isabelle Henderson Daniels.
He had worked as a mechanic at Jarvis Motor Company for thirty one years.
On January 6, 1969 in Double Springs, AL., he married Annie Ergle Daniels, who survives of the home in Sikeston, MO.
Other survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, Anthony and Rebecca Daniels of Lumberton, MS.; three daughters and one son-in-law, Rhonda and Tom Lisenby of Talala, OK.; Melissa Smail of Sikeston, MO., Janice Daniels of Tulsa, OK.; two brothers, Alvie Daniels of Lafe, AR. and Dub Daniels of Carrie, MS.; seven sisters, Wanda Maddox of Chaffee, Mo., Oleta Whitley of Morehouse, MO., Lela Rushing of Essex, MO., Mary Roberts of Peru, IN., Janet Gallo of Roach, MO., Ruth Ann Swope of Warrensburg, MO. and Karen Ramsey of Essex, MO.; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Johnnie Daniels and James Daniels.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 26, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, MO., where funeral services will be held on Friday July 27, 2018 at 11:00 a.m., Bro. Steven Cartwright, pastor of Assembly of God Church in Canalou, MO., officiating.
Burial will follow at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, MO. with full military honors.
Pallbearers will be: Rexell Ergle, Christopher Lisenby, Jeff Sanders Sr., Jay Sanders, Jerry Lewis and BrookeLynn Lisenby; honorary pallbearers will be: Amie Smail and Alexis Lisenby.
