William “Billy” Roach was born November 22, 1935 and passed away at home surrounded by his girls on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at the age of 85. He was lifelong resident of Stonewall, LA that he proudly called home. He enjoyed playing his guitar, reading his bible and spending time with family and friends. He was extremely proud of his girls and the family he had created.
A visitation for "Billy" will be held Saturday, June 5, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home. A celebration of life will occur Saturday, June 5, 2021 at 11:00 AM, 8801 Mansfield Road, Shreveport, Louisiana 71108. Interment will occur at Stonewall Cemetery, 5187 LA-3276, Stonewall, Louisiana 71078 following the services. Officiating will be Bro. Charles Hall. Honoring him as pallbearers will be Brent Reeves, Daryl Reeves, Rick Palmer, Brandon Reeves, Tim Palmer, Colton Dick, Hunter Hopkins and Clayton Clark.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Tina and Joe Stuart, Donna Walker and Sheri Cole; grandchildren, Stephanie and Colton Dick, Erin Stuart and Hunter Hopkins, Emily and Clayton Clark; great granddaughters, Kinley and Aubrie Dick; soon to be born only great grandson, William Drew Clark (who he was so excited to meet); four sisters and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Estelle Roach and brother, Bobby Roach.
The family would like to thank Dr. Jimmy Smith, the Heart Failure Clinic and Heart of Hospice employees for their care and kindness to the entire family.
