Left to cherish her memory are her fiancé, Dennis Fouts; her son, Brandon Orr; her sister, Tammie Norwood and husband Brad; her brother, Bubba Leone and wife Kim; her sister, Pam Matthews and husband Greg; her nieces and nephews, Amanda Vaughn, Jared Santoff, Josh Santoff, Trey Leone, Allison Leone, Tanner Head, and Mollie Matthews; and great nephews, Brantley and Gunner Vaughn.
One friend described Tonya perfectly in this quote, “Time is so precious, we never know when we have to say goodbye to family and friends. Last night we lost a dear friend, Tonya Leone. She was such a beautiful person inside and out, she was smart, funny, hard working, tough and would give anyone a run for their money bass fishing. I know she also was a great mom, sister, aunt and she would love you like God would. She always had open arms for her loved ones and friends. She will be dearly missed but never forgotten. She has touched all of our hearts with her kindness. We love you, Tonya Leone.”
