Thomas (Tommy) Earl Sepulvado Sr., 63, a native and resident of Shreveport, LA passed away on Monday, September 30, 2013. A loving father, son and brother, Tommy was a retired Machine Operator for Gould/GNB Battery Plant with 40 years of service.
Visitation will be held at Centuries Funeral Home on Thursday, October 3, 2013 from 5pm until 8pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be said on Friday, October 4, 2013 at St. Mary of the Pines Catholic Church at 2pm. Interment will immediately follow in Centuries Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Tommy Sepulvado Jr., Clayton McKinney, Charles Lemoine, Andrew Pilcher, Todd Scanes, and John Tombrello. Honorary pallbearers will be Frank Lemoine, Anthony Sepulvado and Jordan Sepulvado.
Tommy is survived by his parents: father Earl Sepulvado, mother Frances Helen Martinez Adcock; son Thomas Sepulvado Jr. and wife Michelle; daughters,Christy Sepulvado, Donna Sepulvado Lemoine, Helen Ann Sepulvado McKinney and husband Clayton; brother, Jeffery and wife Evelyn Sepulvado;grandchildren: Charles Lemoine, Brittney McKinney, Amber Lemoine, Anthony Sepulvado, Jessie Sepulvado, Frank Lemoine, Serena Sepulvado, Jordan Kole Sepulvado, and Kameryn Bailey McKinney; former wife and mother of his children Pamela Sue Sepulvado Roach; brother Jeffery Sepulvado and wife Evelyn; niece April Sepulvado Lanier and husband Jack, Roxanne Sepulvado Ramsey and husband Ryan; nephew Rick Ebarb; 4 great nieces and 1 great nephew; and best friend Frank Leone
Tommy is preceded in death by his grandparents Frank and Martha Martinez and Henry and Ann Sepulvado; sister Joyce Sepulvado Ebarb; and step father Malcolm Adcock.
Tommy played semi-pro football for the Shreveport Oilers in 1970, coached young athletes in football and baseball, and enjoyed hunting, fishing, barbequing, and was known as the life of every party.
