Lake Charles, LA. Susan Denise Jenkins was born on December 31, 1962. Susan went home to be with the Lord on September 29, 2014. Visitation will be held on Thursday October 2, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home, 8801 Mansfield Rd. Shreveport, LA 71108. A celebration of life service will be held at Centuries Memorial Chapel on Friday October 3, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. follow by a committal service at Forest Park West Cemetery. She is preceded in death by her grandparents. Here to cherish her memories are daughters; Brandi Crews, Tasha Jenkins, son; Timothy Jenkins, father and mother Marcus Carroll Crews and Barbara Ann Crews, brothers; Ronnie Crews and his wife Lynne of Stonewall, LA., Robert Crews and his wife Belinda of Stonewall, LA., one grandchild; Liam Wade Erwin, and her loving soul mate Gerald Victor Sr.
