Michael Ray Stewart, age 59, of Shreveport, Louisiana passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2024. He was born in El Paso, Texas to Dorothy Schevers and Norman Stewart.

Mike was a loving father, grandfather, brother and friend. He was an avid LSU and New Orleans Saints fan. Mike was a Dad Joke Connoisseur. He really loved make people laugh. He was a talented pool player earning many awards from the American Poolplayer Association. Most of all he loved watching wrestling, grilling and being around his friends and family.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Norman and Dorothy.

Left to cherish his memory are his son, Michael-Ray Daniel Stewart; daughter, Alicia Cook and husband, Christopher; sister, Norma Wright and husband, Chuck, brothers, Bobby Stewart and Shawn Stewart; and his grandchildren, Royal and Kingslee Stewart. Mike also leaves numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, friends and Billiard family.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service for Mike will be held Saturday, June 15, 2024 at 3:00 PM at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home, 8801 Mansfield Road, Shreveport, LA 71108.
