Mrs. Mary Ball Ward

Stonewall, LA- Funeral services celebrating the life of Mary B. Ward, 76, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 6, 2014 in the chapel of Centuries Memorial Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Centuries Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 1:30 p.m. until service time.

Mary was born on July 10, 1937 in Tell City, IN and passed away on March 4, 2014 in Stonewall, LA. Mrs. Ward was a dedicated and devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother("Maw") who loved her family with all of her heart. Mary worked for AT&T and was a member of their Pioneer’s Club. She enjoyed bowling, bird watching, playing softball and skating.

Mrs. Ward was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Beth Helen Ward and one sister.

Left to cherish beautiful memories of Mary are her children, Mary Huckaby (Jimmy), James L. Ward, Jr. (Cindy), Bonnie W. Taylor (Jerry), Bette Ward, Connie Loden (Curtis); 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

Honoring Mrs. Ward as pallbearers will be: Wesley Loden, Patrick Gray, Adam Lawton, Lee Aiken, Patrick Henagan and Brandon Knight.
