Mary Theresa Davenport of Shreveport, Louisiana passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2022 at the age of 60. She was born September 26, 1963 in Shreveport, Louisiana to James Sartwell and Mary Brock.
Mary was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother and friend. She was very artistic and enjoyed photography and drawing, mainly in pencil. She liked collecting antiques, cooking and reading as well. Most of all, Mary was kind hearted. She was passionate about charities and giving back to others. Mary adored her family and cherished every moment she spent with them. She will be deeply missed.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Sartwell and her grandparents, George and Susan Remedies.
Left to cherish her memory are her mother, Mary Brock; sisters, Carolyn Libscomb and Marilyn Wallace; son, Joey Taravella and granddaughters, Cara Taravella and Olivia Taravella.
A memorial service for Mary will be held Monday, January 9, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Celebration Church, 8645 Business Park Dr, Shreveport, Louisiana 71105.
