Kellie Rochelle Henley

Services to celebrate the life of Kellie Rochelle Henley will be conducted Tuesday May 19, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the Centuries Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Richard Fleetwood, Kellie’s uncle, will officiate. Interment will follow in Centuries Memorial Park. Kellie’s family will receive friends Monday May 18, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Kellie was born in Shreveport, Louisiana October 22, 1991. After a life long battle with Cystic Fibrosis she went to be with the Lord May 12, 2015. She attended Capt. Shreve High School and Bossier Parish Community College. She worked as a receptionist at Tac Real Estate.

Kellie was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, George McNeil, paternal grandmother, Delannie Henley and her special aunt, Kim Richards. She is survived by her mother, Karla McNeil Henley and her father, David A. Henley; maternal grandparents, Buddy and Necia Armstrong, paternal grandfather, Paul T. Henley; brother, Chase and sister-in-law Lacey, nephews Tanner and Trenton Henley; fiancé, Cody Rawls and numerous other family members and friends.

Honoring Kellie as pallbearers will be Phillip McGowen, Eric Bentley, Sam Henley, Aaron Henley, Ryan Mason and Anthony Fleetwood.

Kellie’s family expresses special thanks to all of the wonderful staff, doctors, and nurses in Shreveport and Dallas, with special appreciation to Dr. Randall Rosenblatt. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
