Kellie was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, and friend to all who knew and loved her. She was a very compassionate person with a big heart who enjoyed helping others when she could. She even adopted her dog, Benji, from a shelter to shower him with all her love. She cheered for the New Orleans Saints and the LSU Tigers every chance she had, especially if the Saints faced the Cowboys. She also liked writing her own songs and poems. She loved to spend time with her family, most of all her five nieces, a nephew, and two great nieces. She will be truly missed.
Those she leaves to cherish her memory include her parents, Raymond and Meryl Grimsinger; her brother and sisters, Karen Webster with husband Barry, Ray Grimsinger and Steve Burton, and Kendra Crager with husband Michael; and a host of nieces and a nephew;
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Raymond Grimsinger and Frances Adams Grimsinger, and William Grimsinger , her maternal grandparents, Ray and Doris Holderness, and Christopher Holderness.
In Lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation be made in her honor to Ninna’s Road to Rescue, care of 6 sterling Ranch North, Haughton, LA, 71037.
