Justin Blaine Mouser was born to Sammy and Marilyn Mouser on December 20, 1975 in Shreveport, Louisiana. He was affectionately known to his family as "Bubba" and his friends as "Wapo". He was very loyal, kind hearted and protective. He easily made friends with his trademark smile. Many of his friends and family would tell stories of how fiercely he had their back.
Justin was a jack-of-all trades but worked mainly as a carpenter building homes. When he was younger, he enjoyed playing soccer and dirt track racing. Later in life, men's softball consumed his weekends. Justin loved his family above all else. He was truly one of a kind.
Justin passed away on September 18, 2023 in Shreveport, Louisiana at the age of 47. He will be deeply missed by all who loved him.
Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Sammy and Marilyn Mouser; maternal grandma, Ophelia Sepulvado; twin sister, Janell Mouser Teeters and fiancé, John Purland; son, Ramsey Mouser Stegall; niece, Brittany Walker and husband, Jeff; nephew, Ayden Teeters; great niece, Harper Walker; great nephew, Waylon Walker; special friend, Christy West; and host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his son, Jacob Aaron Meshell Mouser; maternal grandfather, Monroe Sepulvado; paternal grandparents, John David Mouser and Gladys Basco Mouser and uncle, Pat Sepulvado.
A rosary for Justin will be held Friday, September 29, 2023 at 12:30 PM at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home, 8801 Mansfield Road, Shreveport, Louisiana 71108, followed by a celebration of life from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. He will be laid to rest in Centuries Memorial Park concluding the celebration.
