She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Williams Sr., her parents James T. East and Mary Jane Bolin East, brothers James D. Lambert and Patrick L. East, and sons Mark A. Phillips and Mitchell T. Phillips.
Joann is survived by her daughter, Martha Coomer Turki and husband, Jackie Tatum and husband, Mike; sons, Michael Phillips, Jack Jr., and Jimi and wife, Dawn. She is also survived by Mollie Tatum, Amanda Tatum, Caleb Boudreaux, and numerous other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and her much-beloved poodle-terrier mix, Missy.
A graveside service celebrating Joann will be held Saturday, March 7, 2020 at 10:00 AM at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home, 8801 Mansfield Rd, Shreveport, Louisiana 71108.
