Funeral services celebrating the life of Jerry Allen Dean, 75, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 11, 2017 in the chapel of Centuries Memorial Funeral Home. Officiating will be Rev. Jerry Kennedy. Interment will follow in Centuries Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Friday, March 10, 2017 at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home.

Jerry was born on October 18, 1941 in Waldo, AR and passed away on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 in Shreveport, LA. Jerry loved talking about the Lord, working at his job, relaxing in his recliner with his dog, Penny Sunshine and watching old Westerns. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Mr. Dean was preceded in death by his son, Tony Allen Dean; his parents; his sister, Peggy Walker and his brothers, Charles, Richard, and Wayne.

Left to cherish beautiful memories of Jerry is his wife of 57 years, Emma Dean; daughter, Angela Dean; sons, Nathan and Todd; three grandchildren, Nathaniel, Amber and Jordan; one great granddaughter, Shelby; brothers, Paul and Gary and his sister, Mary Sutton.
