Hannah Renee' Parham was born in Shreveport, Louisiana to Wayne and Jackie Parham on March 14, 1997. Hannah graduated from North Desoto High School, Class of 2015. She was currently attending NSU studying to become a Radiology Tech.
Hannah was special to everyone she met. She could light up a room with her contagious laugh, sense of humor and personality. To know Hannah was to love her. She had a loving, caring and compassionate soul. Hannah enjoyed spending time with her kids. She loved them more than anything. Hannah always had her head in a book, whether it was studying for school or reading her favorite book.
On Saturday July 8, 2023 Hannah went to her Heavenly home at the age of 26. She passed away peacefully in her sleep at her home in Stonewall, Louisiana. Her spirit and light will always be remembered by those she touched.
Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Wayne and Jackie; her children, Corbin and Gracyn Jones; sister, Emily Ouzts and her husband David; nephew, Landon Ouzts; paternal grandfather, Edwin Parham; maternal grandparents, Sam and Margie Procell; her Pupdog, Maya and a multitude of family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Jimmie Parham and maternal grandmother, Alene Moore.
A visitation for Hannah will be held Thursday, July 13, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home, 8801 Mansfield Road, Shreveport, Louisiana 71108. A celebration of life will occur Friday, July 14, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home. Officiting the service will be Dr. Mike Hawkins of Salem Baptist Church. She will be laid to rest in Centuries Memorial Park. Serving as pallbearers are Adam Martin, Tim Raley, DJ Jones, Dennis Procell, Chad Thornton and Kerry Baker with honorary pallbearers the Deacons of Salem Baptist Church.
