Shreveport, LA- A Life Celebration service to honor Debra A. Stiles, will be held at 2 P.M., Thursday, April 28, 2016 at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home. Rev. Darwin Hunter will officiate. The family will receive visitors prior to the service from 1 P.M. until service time at the funeral home.
Debra was born on Tuesday, October 31, 1972 to Gerald Dean and Gloria Faye (Wilson) Stiles and was called far too soon to her heavenly home on Sunday, April 24, 2016. Those that knew her best describe her as outgoing and affectionate with a sweet smile. She was the life of any gathering. No doubt these qualities along with hard work and dedication earned her the position of leading lady in Redline, and paved the way for her to become the Homecoming Queen before she graduated in 1990 from Woodlawn High School here in Shreveport, LA. When it came to sports, there was only one team that mattered: LSU!
Ms. Stiles was preceded in death by her father, Gerald Dean Stiles, Sr. Left to cherish her memory are her mother Gloria Faye Stiles, her brother Gerald Dean Stiles, Jr., her sister Kimberly Stiles-Russell, her sister Stephanie Stiles-Smith, and six nieces and nephews.
Brandon Russell, Chad Russell, Zack Arrington, Clayton Corley, Steve Humphries, and Eric Bounds will serve as pallbearers for Thursday's service.
The family would like to thank Dr. Cherise Irby, Calia Gamble and the staff at Heritage Manor all the comfort and care given to our sweet sister until the end.
