A skilled television technician, Bobby possessed the remarkable ability to repair anything. He was always eager to embrace new technologies and gadgets fearlessly tackling computers, iPhones and iPads like a pro. His talents extended beyond electronics, as he built two houseboats and ensured his four daughters had reliable cars. With a quick wit and a love for laughter, Bobby was a storyteller who never failed to entertain those around him.
Bobby loved fishing for many years where he taught his daughters the art of casting a line. No boys needed - he was the king of Caddo Lake. In his later years, he took up golf, showcasing his unique style: just walk up, and hit the ball. Simple, effective, and most always entertaining for those watching.
Bobby was an exceptional musician, finding joy in playing his guitar singing old hymns or country music. While serving in the U.S. Air Force, Bobby skillfully repaired aircraft communications during the Korean War and on his off-duty time was a lead singer and guitarist in his band The Rainbow Playboys. His eclectic taste in music included a special fondness for Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody”, always played at full volume.
