Betty was a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother with a gentle smile and presence; her life exemplifying love, strength, and dignity. She loved flowers, especially day lilies and was an accomplished seamstress. After retiring from teaching at Kerr Elementary School in Bossier Parish, she enjoyed her sewing and quilting hobby. The stitches lovingly sewn in each quilt are mementos of her love and talents.
Betty bravely endured years of declining health with quiet uncomplaining grace and faith unwavering. Her memory will be forever cherished.
