Annie was a proud graduate of Fair Park High School class of 1939. She was a lifelong housewife, enjoying her home and working in her yard. Through the years she loved shopping trips and bowling when she was younger.
Annie was a member of Ingelside Baptist Church where she began attending as a child. Later, when Ingelside merged with Kingston Road Baptist Church, she and her husband J.D. Clark joined and served faithfully for many years. Annie and J.D. Clark loved singing in the "Gold Tones" senior adult choir. Having her for 98 years has been such a gift. Her love and strength will continue to live on in our lives and our hearts. Annie leaves behind a wonderful legacy and will be greatly missed by those who knew her best and loved her most. Thank you Mama and Mamaw for always being there!
Annie was preceded in death by her parents; husband J.D. Clark, Sr.; brother E.T. Durr; sister-in-law Mary Knowles; granddaughter Sarah Clark Cella; grandson Opie Clark; special friends Jean and Don Rodgers and her special furry friends Willie, Casey and Booger.
