Joan M Carroll

Joan Carroll was born in Seattle on June 8, 1934. She died peacefully surrounded by loved ones on August 11, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband Michael C. Carroll, her parents Gil Dow and Corrine Wold and her brother Richard Dow. She is survived by her children Jim (Joyce), Lynn, Ric (Candi), Don (Jody) Mangialardi, Sandee (David) Davis and Kristi (John) Voves. Joan had 11 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Joan was a loving mother who prided herself in the care she showed for her children, from the day they entered the world until the day she passed. She was loving, sweet, intelligent, witty, kind, hardworking and positive, never uttering a negative word. People were drawn to her and she made them feel like an old friend within moments of meeting her. She was extremely loyal to her friends and family and never failed to show it. Family and friends always felt unconditionally loved. She is dearly missed.
