Hilda Stoeltje Anderson

Funeral Services are under the direction of Buffington Funeral Home in Shiner, Texas and will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2013 at 2:00 pm at Buffington Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Shiner City Cemetery in Shiner, Texas. Visitation will be on Saturday, December 3, 2016 from 9:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Buffington Funeral Home.

Hilda was born on March 9, 1914 in Shiner, Texas. She was the daughter of William and Alma (Stoeltje) Mueller. Hilda married Boyd Anderson in Shiner, Texas in 1945. Hilda liked to play bingo and “42”. She was the owner of Hilda’s Fashions for 15 years.

Hilda is survived by two step-sons; Jerry Anderson of Arizona, B J Anderson of California, one daughter; Samantha Moore and her husband, Hugh of The Villages, Florida, five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; Boyd Anderson, four brothers; Arthur, Ed, Herbert, Bob, four sisters; Adele, Emma, Elsie, Wilma, and one son; Stan Migura.
