Edgar Wilfred Indorf

He was born on August 29, 1934 on the family farm near Shiner, to the late John G. and Adele J. Indorf.

He retired from the Air Force after proudly serving his country in Korea and Vietnam. He later retired from the Texas A&M Plant Disease Research Center in Yoakum. He was a past member of the American Legion and loved spending time hunting, fishing and gardening. Most of all he enjoyed time with his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Survivors include his children, Adele Anderson, Linda MacFadgen and husband Bruce, John Indorf and wife Marilyn, David Indorf and wife Becky; 13 grandchildren, Amy, Michael, Leslie, Matthew, Kyle, Cody, Roselyn, Karilyn, Christopher, Megan, Justin, Nathan and Ashley; 16 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Allen, Bruno, Johnny, Marvin, Alfred, and Henry; sisters, Hilda and Eleanora; and son-in-law, Charles Anderson.
