Cynthia Ann Cook, age 51, of Hallettsville, TX., passed away on March 26, 2010 at DeTar Hospital in Victoria, Texas. Cynthia was born in Weimer, TX on July 25, 1958. She is preceded in death by her father, Lesle Perkins. She is survived by her mother: Ethel McAfee; her daughter: Cassandra Haynes and her husband Terry; three grandchildren:Terry Jr, Tremayne and Terranese and close companion Roy McConnell. A Memorial service will be held at Faith Temple Church of God & Christ on Friday, April 2, 2010 at 1:00 pm.
