Shelby Jean (Deck) Dixon, age 83, of Stephens City, and formerly of Shenandoah passed away on Saturday, August 3, 2024. Shelby was born on January 8, 1941 in Glen White, West Virginia. She was the daughter of the late Frank R. and Doracas "Dorothy" J. Sanger Deck. A private graveside service will be held.
